Hindustan PureIt water purifier kit is, in nutshell, a water leaking device. Every time I ordered for the GKB replacement I had to wait for 4 days to get it to normal functioning. Because technical person who comes to replace the battery, intentionally leaves the pureIt kit in leakage stage so that we would call him again.
This time while placing order on 10th june 2010 for GKB I emphasised on this point about PROPERLY replacing the battery so that no leakage would result. But customer care doesnt pay attention to customers complaints instead they concetrate on selling high price GKBs. As expected, post replacement of the battery I'm seeing the water leakage from the pureIt unit. I placed a complaint again on[protected] to fix the leakage. To my suprise I got 'TD-Pure IT' SMS stating my complaint has been attended even though no technical person turned up. Such is the great customer care they provide. It is still open though the SLA 48 hours exceeded.
As i'm the sufferer, I called up them and registered another complaint today. They said it would be a high-priority complaint but no one so far attended it. I'm wondering what do they mean by high-priority complaint.
In single sentense " PureIt offers you loads of worries and tonnes of frustration at a cost of your phone call" please be refrain from buying it. It is good for nothing. Was this information helpful? |
