I HAVE ALREADY LAUNCH THE COMPLAINED BEFORE A WEEK ( DT.03/08/2009 ) AND YOUR REPRESENTATIVE MR.GOPAL VAISHNAV VISITED AT MY HOME AND CHECKED THE PUREIT AND FOUND GK BATTERY LIFE IS LEFT 3-4 DAY ONLY. HE HAS NOT PREPARE THE SERVICE REPORT EVEN I TOLD TO MAKE THE SAME. HE ASSURE THAT HE WILL REPLACE THE GKB. BUT STILL MY SYSTEM GKB YET NOT REPLACED DUE TO THIS MY PUREIT LAYING STOPPED. I CALLED HIM OVER MOBILE SEVERAL TIME BUT HE IS NOT PICK UP MY CALL.
SO PLEASE ARRANGE TO REPLACE THE GKB SET FOC AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

I have purchased a hindustan unilever water filter name as "PURIT", six months back. The battery of this filter needs to be change after certain period of time. In my case the time has come to change. I called the Purit help line at the no. [protected] on 15.07.2009, they have commited me that the battery will be delivered at home within 48 hours. Even after 3 days and no one from the company has came to change the battery Or given a call, I again called up the same helpline no [protected] but the phone is not receive Now daily I am calling and requesting but they keep on saying the same reply. I have a small kid in my home and facing huge problem with drinking water. Hence I feel the higher management of Puriet sale department is not aware of the poor back up service by their service department. Hence I am making this complaint for suitable action.
