[Resolved]  Hindustan Unilever — TOOTHPASTE OPENING

I have purchased 6 Tubes of 175 gms each of Pepsodent Germicheck tooth paste from Metro, Hyderabad

The Batch No. is B1039 & Date of Mfgr. is 08/09

Out of 6 tubes, 4 tubes were OK and 2 tubes were opened from the side sealing and all the paste has become hard and we cannot use the same.

Two complaints given to Unilever but there is no response

Hindustan Unilever — Non-Responsive Customer Support

I was enquiring for battery replacement from last 1 and half month but till yet customer support engineer is not comming to provide the same.

Hindustan Unilever — non redressal of complaint.poor help line and poor service

my pureit is 2months, i have tested the pureit water and found to having presence of bacteria. I sought help line to address my issue and a set of bunch of non responsive executives are functioning there. they did not properly understand the query.The local service centre domlur( bangalore) personal came and took the chemical analysis report and never turned back. IT IS APATHETIC ON THE SERVICE SECTOR OF THE [protected]@THE SENIOR OFFICERS HAVE CLOSED THEIR EYES ON THE SERVICE FRONT.GOD SAVE THE COMPANY.the no of complaints is a testimony of the product..

Hindustan Unilever — Defective pureit equipment

Purchased one Pureit water purifier of H.Unilever on 27.10.09 it stopped working in feb 010 made a comlaint on 16.2.010 as I.D. No.[protected],which was duly recorded at their helpline,but inspite of sevral reminders there is no action on part of the company.Is Hindustan unilever going typical Baniya ways,it really hurts.Furthur on telephoning there helpline one just hears music & fails to reach their so called experts now. Minimum you could do is provide their local address so that a case could be filed. Thanks

Hindustan Unilever — pure it battery always not in stock

pure it batterys are always not in stock.they say that HUL is not manufacturing but they are till now selling the pure it to customers..but they didn't produce the battery kits..why??

Hindustan Unilever — Wrong Promises and bad service

Hi,
Please send the Email or Contact numbers of the greivance department in hindustan unilever.
i am not happy with the service provided to me plus with the product.
i had purchased pureit from hindustan unilever dealer in mumbai(jalaram dealers) near dockyard.
first the sales guy gave me false promises that the battery of Rs 365 would work for minimum 6 months or 2000 ltrs. where as the baterry got over within 2 months with just utilisation of 1000 ltrs. we are 4 members in the family and daily we use 10 ltrs to drink and cook.
secondly when i called help line to come and change i got a call from jalaram after 2 days and when i told him to get baterry of rs 365 he got battery of rs 510 mentioning they do not have baterry of rs 365. so the customer have to buy the costlier one with no option. secondly they were so rude and when i called up the dealer to catch the sales guy manoj([protected]) who is giving false promises to customers some Mr arvind([protected]) pretending to be the complaints incharge also promised me that he will catch hold of manoj and ask him to meet me. but since 5 days they both have their mobile phone off. Manoj is still working with jalaram dealers and is still fooling many customers.
i need to escalate the issue higher authorities in hindustan unilever.

Hindustan Unilever — Wrong quantity of Washing soap

Please see the attached pics of one product from Hindustan Unilever. The front of this washing soap shows the quantity as 300 gms and back side shows 288 gms.

Now what is expected from a poor consumer? Companies are making profits by making fool of Indian public

Hindustan Unilever — Unsatisfactory Distribution

Very bad distribution,, no proper coverage( shivaji park), no deliveries on time, orderies are booked but no deliveries take place!!

please make sure the necessary remedial action takes place as soon as possible.

Hindustan Unilever ek chutia banane wali company hai,apna nam hindustan ke nam per rakha hai aur hai wo uk ki.lakho network distubutors ko dhokha diya.kaha sare produrt denge lekin diya wo product jo market me nahi bikta tha.

Hindustan Unilever — Pureit Autofill water purifier not installed

Purchased a Pureit Autofill water purifier on 5th June 2011. It was committed that it will be installed within 24 hrs. Requested and registered complaints several times but all in vain - No response from support team. Almost 10 days are passed but device is not installed.
