[Resolved] Hindustan Unilever Limited / PureIT Water Purifier — Germkill Battery | |||
Today, as I write this letter of discontent, the myth that Hindustan Unilever Limited is a company of great dispute is shattered, at least for me. Over a month has passed since I placed an order for a germkill battery set. Barring a few phone calls from your executives, nothing worth consumer satisfaction has been done so far. Your TV ads declaring 1 crore prize to the discoverer of a better purifier seems a bamboozeling hocus-pocus. We drink filthy water these days, thanks to the HUL Pureit. I expect an early order delivery and compensation for the harrasment meted out. Otherwise, legal address remains the only choice left to us. Regards. M.L. Mehta.
