Hi, I've ordered a germ kill kit of PURE IT water purifier around 20 days back. Till date, i haven't received it. I've called PURE IT customer care for more than 4 times to order Germ Kill kit and they were hopeless. They were telling that they don't have an active dealer in Kondwa Budruk (Pin: 411048) area. Now, tell me whom do i need to contact or escalate this issue? Do i need to simply scrap the current purifier and go for a reliable one like TATA???
