From your advertisement we have known that pureit gives us 2250 liters water as save as boiled water but within 15 days our germ kill battery has became red. In the pureit warranty details you assured us that in addition you cover the customer with a 6 months warranty against manufacturing defects & my case is nothing but a manufacturing diffect because two months maxim 2250 liters water is used in our pureit filterso it is your responsilibity & duty to replace the baterry in free of cost & save your companies warranty niether I shall published all the details in my city & that can prevent your companies good will. So replace the battery as early as possible.Please look into the matter seriously to provide the battery kit, else take back the product and refund my money.

I lost faith from HUL because they are indirectly cheating people. They are showing everything in advertise ment but not showing one has to spend Rs.580 after every 1500 litre water to change GERM KIT in addition to regular cleaning headech. Is it Correct thing? If it is known to any body before purchasing 50% people would not buy this product. I request you please show this fact also in AD.

i took pureit purifier Auto fill .It was properly working till the end of the first battery life.I ordered a new battery worth Rs500/-.The new battery worked for only 1 week,and then suddenly the purifier stoped working.I called the customer care toll free no.The customer care is not at all cooperating with us and not at all responding to our requests and phone calls.n on the other hand they give the 1crore safety challenge in fact the product has no bloody response to our problems as if they don't even care about their customers

I have made atleast 10 tele call to Customer Care of PURE-IT regarding battery problem, but each & every time they show thier regretness for not attending the COMPLAIN. In the era of "customer care" PUREIT neglect the customer care. We once again hope for mitigation the problem,

Dear Sir/Mam,
I am pressed and sorry to write this email.
I had purchased Puriet of 10 Liter in Feb’11 and as per my advise my two friends also buy the same. This filter worked till 25th July. Again I changed carbon filter kit on 30th July which was bloked on 27th Oct’11. We are only 2 with 3 years baby child. We fill per day chamber appx 5-6 Liter daily evening and consume the same. I spent 10-12 Hrs in my office.
Hence as per my consumption & calculation I have used only appx 500 -600 ltr water in appx. 85 days against 1000 Ltr set standard. I have talk to your help line many times on [protected] but did not get any suitable reply. I have discussed this matter with Mr. Amar Sutar and other senior people but they did not accept my request. They say simply that I have used dirty water or used 1000 liter water.
This telephone no, look like toll free but its chargeable this is not fair. This should be free. People say only that technician has visited and closed the report to change the filter. They replied that system has worked and 1000 ltr water has filtered.They do not believe in guaranty, warranty period and manufacturing defects, they must be aware about it and take action accordingly against customer’s request/complains. If you are very confident about your product then you should set a meter for reading used water. I am from technical background and currently working in export house as a Sr. Merchandiser.
Regarding your local office technician pls note that they came and say simply that this will be changed they did not open and see anything. They do not work without service charge and margin. So obviously they will report to change they should check and report correctly.
This is not a matter of Rs. 310 only it’s a matter of reality and to keep that faith of customer. Pls look in to this matter and advise solution for the same. As per my desired you should change the filter or at least pay 50% amount for this.

This is regarding unsatisfactory sevice of Pure IT.They will log the complaint and evry time when I call to chase for an engineer they says the engineer will come in three working days.20 days are over but still no engineer has arrived.I'll advice everyone "Please dont go for Pure IT ".The water tastes so bad after changing the germkill kit even u cant smell and drink.This is worst experince with this company.This company has no committment of services.

I am Piyush Goyal, lives in sector-23 sanjay nagar, Ghaziabad.i have purchased Pure it in jan-2012 with a thought that Hindustan Unilever has a very good reputation in quality and the services that are provided to their customer. But after purchasing the product i get aware of the reality and feel that Hindustan unilever provide the worst service i have ever got for any product. the reason being at the time of purchasing the pureit i was assured that i would get the warranty card within 2-3 working days. and for the same i reminded the concerned engineer so many times but most of time he didnt pick up my call or disconnect my call and even i placed the complain for the same in customer care no: [protected] and every time they registered my complain but till now no action have been taken.
One thing i personally suggest u that success of any business depends on the service they provide their customer. so take care of the customer complain and personaly take interest to provied the best service to the customer.

I have purchased Pure it from M/S Arun Electronics, N6 CIDCO, A'bad. The complaint is that it is leaking from bottom side. Please give me service providers number & address
Yesterday, I got number for DD realcon, pitam pura, Delhi. from Hindustan Unilever national helpline and they committed for the battery worth Rs. 400 which purifies 1500 ltr water. They committed to come yesterday but noone came. Now today, they refused by saying they only have the battery worth above Rs. 700. My customer ID is : [protected]

Today, I call at Hindustan Unilever national helpline number but the agent named Jayant instead of answering my call drop the call.

Please do the needful and take immidiate action regarding my request. I need it to be resolved today itself.
