After changing Germ kit your purifier is not working properly after so many complaints at your helpline no[protected] for the last 15 days continuoously. The defect has not rectified so far. Today i filed a complaint in morning and at 7pm in evening and also talked to your senior executive. He assured me to remove my greviences so do the needfull at the earliest.
