1ST TIME CALLS TO MR. KAMIL ON 16.04.2010 THEN MR. J. RAJ ON 17.04.2010 THEN MR. AMIR THEN MR. SANTOSH THEN MR. MAHESH BUT THEY ARE UNABLE TO CHANGE MY GERMKILL BATTERY AND TILL DATE I AM WAITING YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER.

I HAD BEEN SPENT THE EQUILENT AMOUNT THEN YOUR PRODUCT ON MOBILE PHONE.

I too have the same experience and unable to get the proper solution. Thinking to draw the company to the Consumer Forum for non service as they assured at the time of purchase. The company is responding properly. I am repenting for purchasing the said product.

My name is Raj from Bangalore. I have booked the battery kit long back about 2 months back. Right from that date as many as 5-6 times called upon the representatives and they go on assuring and apolising. They even give the complaint number. And after a day another message will come back and say your complaint is attended infact not attended. This is some what creating irritation. I am thinking to issue a legal notice asking them to give the compensation and mental agony suffered. Even I purchased a substitue filter for the time being by paying 3, 000/-. My complaint numbers[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] which have been taken very lightly by the company. Dear Pureit Company, it is your primary responsibility to meet the needs of the customers who badly need the battery kit to get the benefit. Even I am thinking to publish this matter in the daily news paper so that the public at large before purchasing your product they should think twice. Please respond to this...
