we have allready placed an order for the bettery replacement in pure it water purifier.till the day nobody has bothered to phone or turned up.i have allready phoned the customer care for several times.they only consol the matter.

I have been using Pure-it from 2002 in Chennai. I shifted my residence to Vadodara and now i am facing problems with the replacement battery. I have placed order several times. Everytime they take a new order and say they would send an order no. to the mobile that never comes, not does the battery kit. I don't know what to do. If trusted companies do this kind of after sales service then...
