i have purchased a water filter on may 08 from hindustan unilever company pure it from gurgaon branch, but till now they dint give me bill of this water filter daily i calld that office telephone but no one is listning to me, pls tell me why these people are not giving me the bill and gurantee card.i think i have made a huge mistake to purchase the machine from this reputed company
