[Resolved] Hindustan Unilever / Pureit Compact — Replacement of Germkill Kit | |||
I have taken pureit compact Rs. 1000 product code RPBC[protected] water purifier from the authorised agent Opp. New Golden Nest complex, Phase No. 10, Bhayander East before 4 month ago. He told that every 3 monthly a person will come and do the servicing of the product and on his word I purchased this product. Now when water is not comming fast bcoz the germ kill has turn red and than I visited to the dealer he told and gave me customer care no. [protected]. I called them and inform for the same Mr. Prakash Naidu (Senior Customer Service Dept) told that they will not give the service for this particular product and when I told him than why, there was no answer just he said they have stoped to service this product. If the company is not able to serve the basic need of customer why they are giving false promise of services and selling the product in the market.
