I am a customer of the above said product and my customer id is [protected].
I had ordered for a battery for my water filter over phone at the company's customer care number on 17.06.09 and I was informed by the representative that I will receive my battery by 3 working days that is by 20.06.09 and the cost of the battery will be Rs. 365/- (for 1500 litres of water).
I did not receive the same by 20.06.09 but the battery was delivered on 22.06.09 and that too the battery which I did not order for. I was supplied with a battery for Rs. 510 /- (2250 litres). When we told the representative that we have not ordered for this battery he mentioned that he will is not carrying the ordered battery but he has only the battery worth rs. 510/-. If we do not take this battery he will come after 3 months for delivering the ordered battery.
This is actually selling the company accessories at gun point to the customer. Aa far as I am concerned they are cheating the customers.
Please look into the matter and take necessary steps against such cheating.
