Hindustan Unilever PureIT Water Purifier — Not attending complains & giving false commitment

We have Hindustan Unilever Pureit water purifier, & every time their franchise takes 6-7 days for just changing the germ-kill battery which is of 10 mins job. I don't know HUL has any criteria for checking the post sales support or not but its been pain to have Pureit due to this problem.
