[Resolved] Hindustan Unilever — Poor Service from Hindustan lever as no one is attending the complaint ever after calling the call center several times | |||
My Name is Aditi Thakre we had purchased a water purifier Pure it marvel la form Hundustan liver on 25th August 2010. It worked very well till the month of december , however suddenly the Germ Kill battery is not functioning and the water is leaking from the safety walt. I had called the call center twice 1st on the 20th Dec complaint no[protected] no one came from the company to check what the problem is in the device and i got an sms stating the problem has been attended. I again called the service center toll free no and spoke to agent Ms Ashwini i told her that the germ kill kit has not turned Red and still the water is leaking she gave me another complaint no on the 23rd of Dec 2010 ( Complaint no[protected] and assured me that the service engineer will attend my complaint within one day however no one came again and i got the same sms again that my complaint has been resolved. This is very frustrating and to us as we never accepted such a Degrading service from a responsible company like Hindustan Unilever. I need my complaint to be resolved as soon as possible considering my product is just 3 months old Regards Aditi Thakre Was this information helpful? | |||
