[Resolved]  Hindustan Unilever/pureit Compact — Water Purifier

I bought a Hindustan Unilever product viz. pureit compact on19/05/11 from a local shop from where they done the installation & packed the material in two parts,where the first part consists of top chamber & batching chamber & the second part consists of bottom chamber & cleansing collection chamber. On 23rd May'11 I placed the first part above the second part of the purifier& started pouring water in the as per the manual. But when the bottom chamber started filling with purified water after about 15 minutes I analyzed that water is choking in the right side & coming out of the purifier.
On 23rdMay'11 morning I lodged a complain in the customer care with the complain no.C[protected], & on that evening a Service Engineer arrived in my house & before starting his work or without knowing on which product his complain is made for he is asking for Rs. 50 which is his service charge. It is ridiculous. After that he entered my room where the purifier is placed & explaining me that due to some water which has been stucked in between the Bottom Chamber & Cleansing Collection Chamber the water is choking out of the purifier & also told us that if the water will be washed out than the choking will stop,on asking him to open & clean the water,he answered-"It will take time to open & so he will not open it". Atlast I pressurised him to open the chambers & wash the water out. After opening & washing the chambers also the water choking didnt stopped but still the sevice engineer is telling us that it is not a defect & it is due to the stacked water though he washed it out.
The most astonishing thing happened is that after departure of the service engineer I again lodged a complain for replacement of the bottom & cleansing collection Chamber ,the customer care executive informed me that next day ie on 24th May'11 their executives will arrive & sort out the problem but next day nobody came but still they send me an sms on the vary day that their engineer visited the complain & please give your feedback though on that vary day not a single person visited to attend the complain.
So still now I am facing the problem & cant get the solution.

Yeah the complain has been resolved to my satisfaction though after two days, but I still have a complain & that complain is of offers which has been started from 15th of May to give coupons for winning either 1 more year warranty or free of cost pureit product. If your company is providing this offers only for some selected states than it should be informed that this offers are for selected places only. I have bought two pureit products on 19th of May & on asking about the coupon in the retailer shop they just refused by saying that they are not known about any such offer. I was amazed with the reply of the distributor when asked about the offer his reply was "I dont have any such information but I will let you know within 10 minutes" but till today I dint got neither the information nor the coupons, & now after spending almost Rs.100 for coupons & rectification by calling the customer care & distributor & retailer I am now totally frustrated. My humble request to Hindustan Lever please dont give such unreachable offers & if you throw such offers than please mention the places where it is easily chasable.

Really not fully satisfied with the Pureit Support team.
