I have purchased a PUREIT filter and my Customer ID is [protected]. The germ kill both filter and battery kit of the said filter became RED and as per your instruction manual that was useless. I have booked a germ kill battery kit on 15/07/2009 with your customer care - [protected]. Then after I have repetedly calling to you Customer Care (Pune) from last around 02 months, but I am only getting response that it will be delivered within 24 hours. I have repeatedly lodged complaint to your end but so far I got nothing. I am really astonished, a brand name like HUL is providing such a worst customer service.

HINDUSTHAN LEVER COMPANY HAS GOOD REPUTATION IN QUALITY MAINTAINING & QUALITY OF SERVERICE AND WITH THE LAUNCH OF SUCH PRODUCT IM MARKET FOR US THE RESPECT ON THE COMPANY INCREASED AND HAD THRUST THAT YOU CAN MAINTAIN THE QUALITY & SERVICE IN THIS AREA TO.

BUT THIS TIME YOU ARE FAIL;ED TO MAINTAIN YOUR REPUTATION BECAUSE IMPORTANT THING IN ANY PRODUCT LINE IS SERVICE AFTER SALE. SERVICE AFTER SALES IS ONLY IMPORTANT ASSPECT FOR THE PRODUCT TO WITHSTAND AND BE SUCCESSESFUL & TO KEEP MAINTAINING THE THRUST, BUT FOR THIS PRODUCT THE SURVICE WAS TERRIBLY FLOOOOOOOP .THUS CREATE A FEELING OF INSECURITY WETHER IF WE DINT GET BATTARRY CHANGED WITHIN TIME AS SOON AS WE GET INDICATIONS TO CHANGE & THUS LOOSING CUSTOMER THRUST FROM YOUR PRODUCT WITH MIND SET-UP LIKE WHY SHOULD WE PURCHASE A HINDUSTAN LEVER PRODUCTS WHICH CAN'T BE TRUSTED ANY MORE.

ALL THIS IS HAPPENED BECAUSE OF YOUR SERVICE TEAM PRESENT NOT ONLY IN PUNE BUT ALL OVER THE INDIA. YOUR SERVICE TEAM JUST DOING THEIR DUTIES WITH PHYSICAL ATTENDANCE FOR - 8 HRS TO EARN MONTHLY SALERIES. THEY ARE NOT WORRIED ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMER AS THEY ARE NOT DEPENDANT ON THEM, BUT LET ME CLEAR WITH SUCH INCREASED IN SUCH SERVICE PROBLEM ONE DAY WILL COME WHEN HINDUSTAN LEVER NAME IS OUT OF MARKET ONLY BECAUSE OF POOR SERVICE.

I WOULD SUGGEST YOU TO REPLACE YOUR ALL CUSTOMER CARE TEAM WITH RESPONSIBLE PERSON OR PLS. MOTIVATE YOUR PEOPLE, PROVIDE THEM TRAINING, AWARE THEM ABOUT TODAYS CUSTOMER ORIENTED MARKET AND MANDATORY GIVE THEM FEEL THAT THEIR JOB IS DEPENDS ON CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SO THAT WITHOUT FOLLOW UP THEY WILL PERFORM IN FUTURE.

HOPE WITH THIS WRITTEN COMPLAINT I WILL GET THE ORDERED ITEMS BY TODAY OR DAY AFTER TODAY OTHER WISE THE OPTION LEFT WITH ME IS TO KNOCK THE DOOR OF CONSUMER COURT FOR THE SAME WITH THE INTENTION TO BAAN YOUR PUREIT PRODUCTS IN THE MARKET.

I HAVE PURCHASED ONE WATER FILTER OF HINDUSTAN LEVER LTD. IN THE MONTH OF DEC2009.BUT VERY SORRY TO SAY, AT THE TIME OF PURCHASING YOUR REPRESENTATIVE NAMED (MR.K.DEBNATH MOB.NO.[protected])WAS COMMITING TOO MUCH.BUT UNFORTUNATELY
FEW DAYS BACK OUR FILTER IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY.I INFORMED HIM IMMEDIATELY.HE PROVIDED ME THE HELPLINE NO.[protected], WHICH IS OUT OF MY REACH TO GET IT.ALL THE TIME AUTOMATIC REPLY ALL OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE ENGINEER BUSY, PL WAIT.WHEN I INSTALLED THE FILTER, AS PER HIM A RED SIGNAL WILL COME.AND YOU HAVE TO CHANGE THE
SOME MATERIAL.BUT THERE IS NO RED LIGHT INDICATING.IN THIS TREMENDOUS HOT I AM NOT GETTING WATER.SO MY FAMILY IS FACING PROBLEM.(AS PER REPRESENTATIVE AFTER 1500 LTRS OF WATER THAT RED LIGHT WILL INDICATE.) I ASKED MR.DEBNATH, TO TAKE ACTION ON URGENT BASIS.I WILL BE HIGHLY OBLIGED, IF ACTION BEING TAKEN ON ASAP.
