Hindware/Chimney - Problem in my chimney for more then 2 months

I have a hindware chimney. It motor giving problem for more then two months. I complained atleast 12-14 times in last 2 monthsin Ghaziabad brance (0120-6060667). Every time technician comes and changes the motor(bad condition motor) but within 2-3 days the chimney stops working again.

I really have concern about the quality of the motor being used. The motor also sounds a lot.

The chimney stops working again. I REALLY GOT FRUSTRATED IN LAST 2 MONTHS.

The visiting engineer suggested for replacement of the chimney but the company is NOT READY for replacement.

Never buy Hindware products. They are totally crap. I have a Hindware commode installed in my bathroom. From the time it was installed, I have seen a weird problem; the water keeps leaking continuously. Although the visiting repair guy sent by Hindware tried to fix the problem a couple of times, the problem disappears for a day or two after repair, and pretty soon the same problem is visible again.
I have decided that I WILL NEVER BUY HINDWARE PRODUCTS again my life.

For all the aspiring Hindware buyers, please think twice. Please don't make the same mistake I made by buying Hindware products.
 
Hindware chimney is as bad as their concerned persons. I have complained so many time for my kitchen chimney which is not functionaing since its installation, but the concerned persons told me the motor is not functioning. For its function, motor would be changed and i have to pay for this motor. It is surprising that the motor is not available.
 
Their motor is indeed very poor. Don't ever buy Hindware chimney. I have beeen facing this problem since last 6 months. The dealer SD Appliances in IP Extention is not providing the right service also
 
I have purchased Hindware Chimney from a local dealer in Basaveswaranagar, Bangalore about a month back. It is not installed properly when it rains the water starts pouring from the chimney and clogs on gas stove. we have complained this problem to the dealer who inturn brought it to the notice of consumer care. the company sent one technician who is not only highly discourteous but also rude behaved person. When ever he visits ius stead of attending to the complaint he abuses us. We are really fed up with this company's products. The said dealer is not providing the right service also. Please attend this complaint and get our chimney repaired / reposition it by an experienced customer friendly technician. Other wise we are constraint to bring it to the notice of the owners/ proprietors of this great company including approaching other legal recourses.

Yes I have a Hindware chimney too. The installation staff are unprofessional and cant even fix a screw straight in the wall, my chimney is actually fixed crooked, can u believe a wonderful looking kitchen with a crooked chimney, plus the motor makes the components in the chimney vibrate to a loud clattering sound, and its less than a week old since it was purchased. This was a ridiculously overpriced purchase, where You get bad quality and bad service for the extra cost..and also a bad headache when you think about it all.. JUST SKIP HINDWARE... I truly regret not buying a FABER OR KAFF chimney...

I totally agree with all of you guys. Even i bought a chimney in Ahmedabad and they fitted it so badly that the entire row of tiles on the kitchen wall came off. I saved it in the nick of time from crashing on the gas stove below thus avoiding a major disaster.

I had to spend 5000 rupees in removing all the broken tiles and fixing new ones. Now when i call these guys to fit it again, they ask me for Rs. 200 to just put the 20+ KG chimney on the wall on just two screws.

This in fact was the cause of the problem and told them to use some clamp of some sort to fasten it on the wall properly but they won't listen.

Hindware it the most unprofessional company in consumer goods i have come across in my life. It should be banned by the government.

I am working with your reputed company as a dealer at Udaipur Rajasthan location. This mail is to pay attention for your company’s reputation as the condition is getting bad to worse. My firm Nice Kitchen World has purchased 5 cook tops from your Jaipur distributors Shantika Agency & Arihant Bath Collection Co. Ltd. Jaipur (Invoice No. 4561, Dtd. 0542012) so out of 5 pieces, 3 pieces were defected & previously a customer had also complained about me for handling defective piece. When I contacted your distributors they didn’t gave any positive response. For this serious matter when I contacted your ASM of North Division Mr. Deepak, he replied to me very rudely & didn’t take any initiative. I would like to pay your kind attention to the previous experience with your company ASM that in Décor India Show, he deliberately & to complete his targets, issued me extra stock of the product & committed me for sale of 5-7 lacs per month which I returned due to no use & because of this I had to unnecessarily pay all the transportation expenses at the time of peak business & at my outlet in Décor India Show there was only a single representative was present for installing your company product who was fully untrained & the booking amount was committed of Rs.500 & he was booking in Rs.300. The representative made 6 bookings of cook tops & out of them 3 pieces were returned back due to being defective & after all this Mr. Deepak didn’t make a single visit from his very precious time & busy schedule . I have given a complaint at your service center & the complaint no. is 413304 dtd. 13/04/12 & your service provider HOD Mr. Hemant given wrong commitment to me & the customer respectively that he will sort out the problem till Tuesday but he didn’t took any further step till today. Thus when nobody heard to me I am contacting you .Yesterday I have given return payment to the customer for the product & with this you people can understand the repo of your company & my dealership. Kindly pursue this mail ASAP & please try to solve this problem.
