[Resolved] Hitachi — Hitachi 3 door Refrigerator not working

Bought Hitachi R-31 SVND 3-door refrigerator on 10th Jan 2013
from SPENCER's Retail LTD MGF MEGA CITY MALL, M.G. ROAD, GURGAON, HARYANA

Now in June 2013 even after 5 months of continuous follow up there is no resolution

Hitachi admitted the problem with refrigerator & promised to refund on email

Now non-responsive since last few week, I have made complaints both to Hitachi
& Spencer but no replies from both; Spencer even haven't allocated an official compliant no to this

Refrigerator — not functioning

I have purchased a refrigerator on 11/9/2009. godrej make model gde-19da slno.583082. from our local dealer Machine House,Digboi. The same is not functioning properly. I have infomed the Machine House last month, they have come and do some repairing after few days. again the same is not functioning now. I have requested them to replace the refrigerator becuase this may be the manufactruing fault. But the dealer is not responding. kindly let me know what do. i am a patient. cannot move here are there. The proprietor himself does not pick up the phone also.
