[Resolved]  Hitachi India — BRAND NEW HITACHI WINDOW AC NOT WORKING AT THE TIME OF INSTALLATION

WE PURCHASEDTHREEDOOR FRIDGE FROM VIJAY SALES JANAK PURI IN MAY2011.FRIDGE WAS DELVIERED IN PACKING, WHICH CREATED DOUBT, IT APPEARED USED. FRIDGE WAS CHANGED AFTER TEN DAYS WITH NEW PACKING.WITHIN WEEK NEW FRIDGE GOT SOME PROBLEM LEADING TO COMPLTE WORKING OF FRIDGE, WE ASKED FOR CHANGE OF FERIDGE., BUT DUE TOMID SUMMER WE ACCEPTED CHANGE OF MAJOR COMPONENT OF SOFT WARE.AFTER THAT WE WENT ABORD . WE PUT UP COMPETE ON YOUR WEB.

We bought a Hitachi split ac 1.5 ton 517ISD I clean from Croma Delhi on 13 April 2012 but even after 5 days today, nobody has come for installation, even after repeated complaints . Y .P. Berry [protected]

we are also facinf the worst experience in Hitachi ***** Split AC, we bought 2 machines installed not even a year back, one stop cooling and another not working at all, 8-10 times their technicians visited my office and then landing up without any outcome and tried to find our ways to blaim us for the same further, in their last visit they said to replace PCB but ultimately 25 days past no body turned up for the same... and now i'm filing a suite against them. further i'm using in total 10 acs of Hitachi windows and split now planning to dump all and replace it some economical brand like samsung, further not going to leave the cheater just like that definitely take legal action against them...VENDOR NAME WAS PRAGATI ELECTRONICS, KATNI
