[Resolved] Hll -Pure It — Glass broken | |||
i purchased a new pure it compact for rs 1000/-. the glass chamber got broken due to accidental fall, in 2 -3 days after purchase. it is more than 2 months, i complained to the local dealer, but till now , they say , the spare parts are not available, as it is a new introduction. i was asked to buy a bigger model for rs 2300/- ( rs 2000/- the cost of the new piece, plus 300/- for the cost of broken glass). i dont want to waste extra money for a bigger model as i dont need. i wonder why spare parts are not made available for any product when it is sold in the market. Sir I have purchased a 14 lit pureit for Rs 1200. But the top plastic black colour cover of the bottom polisher ( which is to be fitted at the base of the pureit) is broken. So kindly help me.
