[Resolved]  Hll PureIT Water Filter — Worst Service of the HLL Pureit Water Filter after Sales.

I registered a call on 8.5.09 to HLL Pureit Call Centre [protected] for replacement a tap and the micro fiber. Till date I have not received the order the day i called was exactly 8 am and the exec by the name Basvaraj told me that the system is slow and asked to call back and take the order #, also he advised that the order would be placed and the field exec would come and deliver it by 2 days and so till date that 2 day has completed for not HLL Pureit . I called up again on 11/5/09 to ask about it and then another exec advised it will be there at my place by end of day and that day also it did not come and today 12/5/09 I called them up again and now the first exec with whom i spoke to answered my call and advised that the service would be provided within 48 hrs (same 2 days ) and so gave me a compliant number (C[protected] to satisfy me as i was on the call i am really getting sick of this stuff of calling your call center which is of no use, so i would like to know if i can escalate this issue to any of the higher officers.This is not fair on your brand part to be so pathatic in tearms of srevice.

While selling the product, they run behind the customer, later for service, customer has to run/spend/waste time for complaints as they wont give a proper service.

i also registered for supply of battery kit and fibre mesh on 05 Jul 09 till date 16 Jul 09 they haven't supplied if asked the cus. care tells will be supplied in next three working days. this goes onnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn. but the item didn't reach us. Even the cus. care gave me the sales manager of the area(Navi Mumbai) mobile no. I called him, he asked me to SMS my address and assured of item delivery on the same evening. The evening didn't come till... It shows the sincerity of the cus. care and the sales manager. (hope he is a sales manager). The higher authories are not efficient to take charge of these people.

I registered a call on 2.6.10 to HLL Pureit Call Centre [protected] for replacement of batterykit purchased on 31/05/2010 after paying 510 rs. After replacing battery kit bad smell is coming in the purified water I requsted the company on 02/06/2010 at 10am & again 05th june, 7th june 8th june 9th june Till date totally complined 6 times regarding bad smell(clorine )but no one attended mine complaint after each complaint they advised me that the service would be provided within 48 hrs (same 2 days ) i am really getting sick of this stuff of calling your call center which is of no use, so i would like to know if i can escalate this issue to any of the higher officers.This is not fair on your brand part to be so pathatic in terms of srevice.

hello frnds.. I would like to share a shockin news to all o[censored].. I am a student n I am at present doin a proj in HUL water PURE IT division.. there s a huge stock prob now at HUL.. customers who hav booked the kit in the past r not receivin their device.. is ther a solution for this?? YES.. HUL people do have a solution..

wat they did was, they hav many old device which they get while BUY BACK offfer.. HUL people take one part from each kit n make it a device n deliver it to customer.. this happened.. do believe.. I do not belong to any anti-HUL community.. so make up ur mind before buyin it..
no reponse ... one week after replacing a new battery water has been leaking out and we made complaint three times about the matter to chennai office and no action as been taken till know and the sevice is very poor and regretted and this not the frist time and if this attitude towards us is continued we will change for another product

i have ordered germ kill & recieved it but executive had replaced it but has put on part used one & new one he has taken with him.as i have seen it i consider to do complaint, as i complaint to customer care 6 times but no action has been taken. the login complaint againest mob no [protected].

i hope the concerned dept will take action.
