[Resolved]  HMSI/HONDA ACTIVA — disatisfactory service & indifferent attitude of honda

I AM A WAR WOUNDED SOLDIER WHO HAVE LOST RIGHT FOOT WHILE FIGHTING MILITANTS IN JAMMU & KASHMIR.BECAUSE OF THIS PROBLEM I BOUGHT HONDA ACTIVA AUTOMATIC SCOOTER WITH SELF START FROM PIC UP AUTO FARIDABAD(INDIA).I GOT POSTED IN MEERUT(INDIA).I BOUGHT THIS SCOOTER IN MAY 2007 AND SINCE THEN I AM FACING PROBLEM OF SELF START WHICH WAS BRIOUGHT TO THE NOTICE OF THE HONDA DEALER DURING THE FIRST FREE WARRANTY SERVICE AND ALSO IN THE SUSEQUENT FREE SERVICES DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD.THE DEALER AT MEERUT(INDIA)- VAH AUTOMOBILE WAS UNABLE TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM AND GAVE EVERY POSSIBLE EXCUSE NOT TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM.THE DEALER HAVE AN INEXPERIENCED SET OF MECHANICS WHO WERE UNABLE TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM.I REQUESTED THE MANAGER MR SHARMA TO LET ME TALK TO THE REGIONAL SALES MANAGER AND HE DENIED ME THE SAME.FOR THE LAST ONE YEAR I AM TROUBLED AND BECAUSE OF SELF START PROBLEM I HAVE DEVELOPED A WOUND IN MY AMPUTATED RIGHT LIMB.I HAVE LOST TRUST ON HONDA AS THEY HAVE HARRESSED ME BOTH PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY FOR THE LAST ONE YEAR.I REQUEST HONDA MOTOR & SCOOTER INDIA FOR THE CHANGE OF MY ENTIRE SCOOTER HONDA ACTIVA AS IT IS STILL IN THE WARRANTY PERIOD AND THE PROBLEM STILL PERSISTS.

Dear Sir,
My compalint against M/S Prathul Automobile P Ltd authorised dealer of M/S Honda India Scooter.Hyderabad This is the reference of service Invoice No 08IW01519 dated 21/4/08 with regards the unsatisfactory paid service & Excess labour charged.I was surpried to know immediatelt after taking the delivery of my Vehicle that Self Start syatem of the vehicke is not functiong then immediately I told them then their naswer is that battery of the vehicle is not working It gave me shoked again because jut two month ago I put a brand New battery to my vehicle When I disagreed with their answer they to my vehicle again inti the work shop and rectified it the actuallal propblem was they have not checked the batter connecton which are bremained vet after washing the vehicle .Actally I Understand there is not any superviser or any other expert person who checked the each and every vehicle before giving a delivery to the customer.There is no such system in the above noted agency is available No body in the workshop bother that whether all the problem which are pointed at the time of taking the vechicle for service are being rectified or not .Such type of deficiency of service nad negligency is not expected from Hond company dealer.Only I appreciate the efforts made by Mr Khan who listen me patiently and try to solved my problem .but there is no syatem to examine the vehicle before delivery to the customer even nobody bother to see the job cards where all the problem noted down at the time of taking the vehicle form the customer for service . No list is displayed in the Notice board about the charges in addtion to other consumable they have charged Rs.225.00 towords labour charges which are not justifiable and are to be said UNfair I shall be thankfull to you if you take up the matter with the company & its dealerExess charged need to be refund without any delay

from the time bought activa getting sewere self problem even after service the problem remains.i have complained about it but have not got response regarding the matter.

I brought honda activa on 1/8/2007 since then there was no probleme in service or the bike it self but from in the month of april i noticed a rust patch on the front left side of the bike the bike is not even one years old can anyone help.
I purchased Activa Scooter from Brij Auto Mathura on 22nd of Nov, 2008.
I found on 25th of Nov, 2008 huge abnormal sound from engin of the scooter. I brought the scooter to the workshop of Brij Auto for check up i found there was the problem related to Engine. The Engine was opened in my presence they repaired the Engine and the vehicle is standing at the showroom of the dealer. I want to ask from HMSI that why such poor quality presents are manufactured. HMSI should give me new scooter and this scooter may be taken back by the company. HMSI should carefully check up such manufactering defects as this is the foult of HMSI in total.
I dont want this scooter.
honda is not a indian company, just consider TVS, just check the quality of TVS with honda, you will find lots and lots of diff, we all thought honda=standards and performance, its not so, honda manufactures bike with poor quality materials and sells it, and we being fond of honda we forget everything and then later worry about the money that we paid.

even i too have honda unicorn there were problems with it, fought with honda got the parts changed but still not satisfied.

I BOUGHT ACTIVA ON[protected] FIRST THEY GIVE ME R.C BOOK AFTER 10 DAYS.WHEN I HAVE GIVEN FOR SERVICE THEY CHANGED THE OIL AND CHARGED ME RS.176 AND WHAT IS THE USE OF GIVING FREE SERVICE YOU CAN MAKE IT AS PAID SERVICE.THE DEALER IS KALYANI MADURAI.
Even after spending Rs.5500/ on my Unicorn with Jhaveri Auto;Cotton Green-Mumbai;the bike still has same problems.Starts after 20-30 hard kicks resulting in damaging my leg;stopping at all signals;uncomfortable ride as front fork even after repairs jerks at all bumps;clutch still same after o/haul & complete replace.Given the bike FIRST time for repairs & this result.

HMSI/HONDA ACTIVA — delay in delivery &rudely behave by showroom incharge

hello sir,
please do take my compleint & do needful to give me justice. i have booked my new honda activa in agency of kaithal tractors, ambala road , kaithal, (haryana).on dated[protected] on the name of mr.subash chand. honda activa ( grey colour).BOOKING NO. IS 3855 & they told me to give delivery in one month from the booking date.but still they didnt give delivery of that vehicle on 25/09/09.when ever ask them about delivery they talking very rudely with me & nothing to say about delivery date, i have suffer from very much trouble without that vehicle.so please give me justice.hope for the best.
