[Resolved]  Home Loan — Wrongly showing in CIBIL

Dear Sir

I, ANJUM IQBAL SAIYED, has applied online for Home Loan inquiry on AXIS Bank Pportal and HDFC Bank Portal in the Month of FEB-12, Instantly I received E-approval from both the bank for Rs.15.10 Lacs from AXIS and Rs.6.30 Lacs from HDFC. I was not aware that this inquiry is also updated in CIBIL record. Anyway both application was already closed as they are not funding in Gram Panchayat area and in Plot too... I have already received confirmation from both the bank.

On 26th March, I have applied for Personal Loan from HDFC Bank and it has been rejected on 31st Mar, 2012 with reason that there is home loan runnig from AXIS Bank & HDFC Bank for Rs.21 Lacs approx, It was a socking that without availing loan how can my CIBIL record is showing this ? Bank can make mistake but I think CIBIL cant make such mistake.

My request it just clear my CIBIL records, right now only one Personal Loan is running from HDFC since last 2 and Half years, except this Loan there is no loan taken by me from any bank. Only this PL should be shown in my CIBIL and rest needs to be cleared.

Please rectify this error as I am facing problem, and will face problem in future as I am plaaning to apply for Home Loan in coming month.
