i had placed an order for Designer Saree with Chikkan kari & Multicoloured thread Embroidery by HIBA on order no [protected] and made successful online payment on 04 Nov 12. the product was to be delivered in 5-6 days. However, it is now nearly three weeks and despite repeated complaints both online (support ticket[protected]and telephonically and despite repeated assurances(Customer Care[protected]:42->Dear Customer,We thank you for shopping with us.Please note we are arranging delivery of your order at the earliest on top priority & we hope you will provide us 2-3 working days to provide you the dispatch details as well.Warm regards, Customer Care HomeShop18), the item is yet to be dispatched. the entire process has left a bad taste and poor impression of homeshop 18 and the customer ntrust has been completely breached.
