Homeshop18 often sold a non-working mobiles. The one I got was sent it back to them for replacement but lost. My advice to you is do not sent it back to them, try to repair at local shop.

i have purchase homeshop18 spice mi-516 but this mobile is damage sim slot and the homeshop18 not replace my mobile i have refund my money plz
