[Resolved]  Homeshop18 — False promises

Sub: Wrong Mobile Dispatched & Delayed in Replacement

With reference to my order number[protected] of ONIDA GSM Mobile Phone model No.G500 was booking on 5th February 2009 on www.homeshop18.com web site.

After 12 days I received my order but the mobile which I got & the mobile which was I order totally different. I was booking ONIDA GSM Mobile Phone model No.G500 & they shipped model No.F830.

After several phone calls to customer care still I have not received my mobile. Every time customer care peoples tell me that please wait for one week. I booked complaint against my order on 17 February 2009 & complaint number 1083381. Still i have not received my product or refund.

I am very disappointed of this kind of ghastly service. This is my first shopping on home shop 18 & got this kind of nastiest experience. I am suffering from this terrible experience because company system. Please change the system if customers will get into trouble & suffer.

I called Mr. Karan (Supervisor) but he also said like other peoples.

My request to all peoples who reading this complaint, please please dont purchase any product from Homeshop18 website or channel.

HomeShop18 — not answering about the refund

yesterday i made acomplaint thru you for the microwave IFB make which was ordered by me on homeshop18 but even their confirmation and several calls at last i got the the mail stating they fails to supply the microwave as they are not capable.
in meanwhil the amount was already deducted from my account but till date even 12 days passed the amount was not credited to my acount.
today i receive a call from an employee named Ms Raashi who given the phone no.[protected] and ensured that by evening she will confirm the payment detail how they have paid.
It is now 8 pm no call received from them -i am giving a reqest to those who order online to this co. please think before ordering on there capacity and delivery.it is a bad experience with me if i will save some one else it will be grateful for me and this site.
i will be purchase a8 mega pixels camera his order no[protected] in six month ago but he will not start in few days hompshop 18 say his 2 years warrantee
I had purchased a Combo of Reebok Shoes + Sunglasses + Watch & Duffle Bag - Shoe Size-7(Order No.[protected], dated 04.12.2009, amount Rs.2999/-)
I had received the all item in better condition except wacth (wacth glass was crack)
so plz change my wacth .

I am also having same experince with homeshop18. i tried to contact to them for purchasing the wespro camncorder but they dont have any team to reply customer querreis they want we should order for thier product without any querries. also they are not sending thier customer care number for further clarification.

HomeShop18 — This is the biggest cheater company!

I have purchase one helicopter (a toy!) from this company. It is not working properly and very dangerously get out of control even when you just switch on its remote, no controls will work. I have called the company which is a very well known TV shopping company and a channel named HOMESHOP18. But, they are saying that they will not make any refund although it is given on their broucher.

PLEASE DON"T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HOMESHOP18.

I had purchesed WESPRO dual sim mobile WM3708i through home shop 18 on 25 Aug 2009 by order no.[protected].Now a days14 JAN 2010 this mobile display dead, so ihad connected custemer service [KARMIL CARE CENTER, xl742, Hospital road.Iyyatil junction-68201.PH-[protected], [protected]]
This care center not accept my compent .They told me send this mobile to banglore Jeeves Consumer Services by courier.
Please, solve this problem.
I have purchased Orion 981 with touch screen from home shop 18., but the touch screen is not functioning . I do not know what to do. Only solution for this is going through consumer forum and see that no more people are taken for a ride

Homeshop18 — NOT CAPABLE OF HANDLING SO MANY ORDERS

HomeShop18 which USED TO BE a good online shopping and tele shopping provider has proved to be not capable of handling the frequency of orders it is now receiving.
Earlier i used to get the product withing stipulated period as provided on their website but now you can expect the product to be delivered after a month or when you have totally forgotten about the product.
Is this what we expect from such a name? NO!
So, its better to stop working if you cannot handle orders or improve your services.
I had ordered a pair of Converse Shoes and i received the same after 1 month...its good that my shoe size did not change in that time ;)
Now i am waiting for my microwave which i had ordered on 15th jan.. I hope i will get the same soon..
i don't know why their 7-10 working days extend to more than 25 working days!!!
I think they should better sell the company to some responsible and punctual organization!!
I Had purchased one digitalcamers from home shop 18 on 17th jan 2010 i got the delivery of the same priced rs 3499/- but unfortunetly on recipet of the same i found battery missing as the courier boy was infront of me & on the camera box it was clearly hand written as BATTERYMISSING as soon i logged the complaints of the same since they promised me to deliver the missing battery with in 72 hrs since only false STATMENTS & PROMISES I had recived in form of gifts as i had planned the camera to take a snap shots in my school on 26 th republicday function now i request to give an composetion and return my money as it is of no use to me as the program is over i again requst u to kindly do the proccedings;my complaint no ref is 3004917 dt 17/01/10; bhavesh s shah

HomeShop18 — Need refund for Orion cell Phone 931 model

I had bought a new Orion Dual Sim Mobile Phone - 931ES (model) from homeshop18 on 4th Jan 2010 with Order No:[protected] and the sub order no: 72419855.

I was able to charge the phone for the first time; however the phone does not charge the second time, I had also received a broken hand free. I am very disappointed with this product and would like to get my money back.

I had bought so many other product with homeshop18, the CS was good, but when I wanted refund for the product which is not work, the CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TOO BAD.
They dont want to give me the refund, and they are forcing me to used the product which did not work.
This is really bad.
My order no.[protected], for Demonte 91 pc dinner set on dt 24/01/2010. I recd delevery on dt 01/02/2010. Opened the packet infront of delevery boy of First Flight courier service, 85pc found instead of 91pc and 4pc are in damaged condition POD is signed with remark and also signed by Mr Mahesh Jadhav, delevery boy who has counted the peices and seen the damaged pcs.THIS IS MY FIRST EXPERIENCE BUT VERY BAD.I request Mr Sundeep Malhotra, CEO, Home Shop18 to look in to the matter and order to the responsible staff to replace the set with good one, as told.Please take care for customers who blieave you.Please reply to mail early.

I places an order through Home Shop 18 on Feb 4 (Order No:[protected] for the purchase of Pink Hobo. On Feb 12 When I checked the order status online it showed "Ready for Shipment", and when I called up customer support in[protected], I was told product was shipped and will be delivered in 2 days. Later on Feb 15 I got an email in my id ([protected]@gmail.com) that the product couldn't be delivered due to "Out of Stock" . Im not sure why this discrepency in the status update? Is Home shop18 competent enought to have a online shopping portal if it cant even track the status?

Adding to the grievance, I havent got my refund yet. When I called up the customer support, I was told Cheque was prepared and will be made to the shipping address I had provided in the profile. I have the following queries.
1. I wanted to know why the cheque was prepared though I used online transaction to pay my amount.
2. How can they assume the name given in the user profile will match my account name, and can generate the cheque without cofirming it with me.
3. The customer support was rude and didnt even listen to my grievance and was talking this is the process Home Shop 18 follows and I can take any further step if Im capable of doing.
4. Why the status of the order wasn't communicated accurately and why the customer is given false information.

I'm fine to spare the money I have paid even if I dont get the refund, but I want to expose the unprofessionalisn of the Home Shop18 and irresponsible attidue of the customer support personnel. I'm planning to take this case forward and make sincere attempts to spread the word about Home Shop 18 among my friends and other follow citizens so they dont get fooled around like me.

i had ordered a wespro digital camcorder dv504 of RS4999 on5th march 2010 but i have received wespro camcorder dv502 on 10th march 2010 so can u replace my original product with that of yours
