[Resolved] Homeshop18 — componey not returning money | |
I purchased a camcoder from Homeshop18 o 05/march/2009 . Company promise to costomer that if you are not satisfied with the product componey will return money within 15 days.But when i call company regarding to return money then company ignore me . company is not ready to tell me exact time when he will return money. please take quick action against him because i have suffered from more then 1 month. Homeshop18 — not returning money
i had return a cheque of order no, 71002597 to correct the name of cheque but company is not ready to return my money. they always ignore it I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER VOX MOBIE DUAL SIM MOBILE VIDE YR ORDER NO.[protected] DT 18-10-09 AND I HAVE RECEIVED IN TIME. IN THAT I HAVE RECEIVED THE ZEROX COPY OF MANUAL INSTED OF ORIGINAL COPY OF MANUAL.. I REQUEST YOU PL SEND THE ORIGINAL COPY OF VOX A8800 DUAL SIM MOBILE MANUAL.. ZEROX COPY ALSO UNABLE TO READ AND IT WAS OVERWRITTEN. ALSO LET ME KNOW THE COST OF 1 GB OR 2GB MEMORY CARD, SUPPORT T FLASH CARD, STEREO HEAD PHONE AND COVER FOR THE MOBILE.. YR SERVICES ARE GOOD AS SUCH I AM SENDING THIS MAIL. PL DO REPLY
