After lot of reminders and follow-up I have no option but to move an application with the appropriate consumer forum for non performance of delivery of free gift after being informed thruough letter, copy of which I have already marked to your desk on 03.12.2009.
So far I have not been given any reason for why such an delay is being done nor any body has responded. I also have an confirmation for sending the gift from your desk through email 04.12.2009.
Since I have been associated with this company and my experience was good so far, except for this issue, as a last chance I once again give them an opportunity to respond by confirming when will the free gift be despatched.
