[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Defect Product delivered by Deccan Pearls through homeshop 18 | |
Dear Sir, I have purchased the leaf necklace of Deccan Pearls and Jewels through Homeshop 18 with worth RS 1600 on Feb2010. I received the defective products, i called customer service where they asked me to send back the product to Deccan pearls as they were packed when purchased. I did the same, i received the product for the second time which is very bad than the first one which i send, also the warranty card was not kept along with the product which was send to me for second time The product doesnt have the proper finishing and stones and pearls are not worth ..I hope the same thing will be happening for all the products , whatever they demonstrate in TV is not the one when we purchase. dont buy products with naap tol and decan pearls. they all are not worth. i also received the defective products (jewelry) from them. my order no. is 3550134. besides, i also did not find any warranty card.
