[Resolved]  Homeshop18 — Wort Company with Worst and CHOR BAZAAR products

I wish I had read these posts earlier. HOMESHOP18 is a fraud company and should be closed immediately. I have bought a i ball phone which was sent in not working condition. I had bought it as a gift for my friend's birthday and they said it would not be replaced immediately. HOW CAN THEY SEND A USED PIECE???????

I went to the i ball service station in Ahmedabad and the service station guys were kind enough to change it but, they confirmed that HS18 had sent a USED piece. The at the call centre are very polite when selling but not ready to listen when we call for complaints, they blandly say " someone will call you in 48 working hours ". If it is a gift to be given to my friend tomorrow, should I have to live on their mercy to call me. Are we customers ?

I request you all DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HOME SHOP 18. You will pay for new and will receive someones used item from the CHOR BAZAAR.

I had booked a beetel GD575 mobile from home shop18 on 05th August, 12 & it was delivered on 11th August. initially it worked properly, but within 10 days suddenly its touch screen stopped working completely.

I contacted HS 18 & Beetel company after that for more than two weeks and i was always assured that someone will call me in next 48 hours to resolve my problem & yes people called up but just with same assurance. And then once i told them that i will be forced to go to consumer forum or high court in uttarakhand.

Then Mr Rajesh of north Top Company & Mr Alok Sharma listened me very carefully & asked me to send defected mobile set with accessories back to home shop 18 office at Noida.I think, there was no replacement of the product at their end, then they advised me either i can get money back or can opt other mobile set of same price & if prduct price is more than previous one, will have to pay diffrence value & if less then HS18 will refund difference value to me.

It was a sweet & sour experience for me, but i prefer to buy on line from HS18 & will go with it in future too as i have also purchased spice mobile QT-60 from HS 18. However, that set was also got some problem during warranty period & new set was delivered me.

HS18 team, kindly try to provide quick solution if any customer has some problem instead of loosing customer.
