Homeshop18 — Product Defective, No Replacement made | |||
I have purchased, A DOMO N8, Tablet from Homeshop18, Online mode. and I have received the product defective. Its half display not working. And I have returned back the device,as the said. But its been a month now,still now They hasn't made replacement for the device.When calling they are saying they don't know the status,and give them more time. It's very bad service from them. I think they won't replace. If they ever replace it, they'll send you the same one. Or they'll say that they didn't receive the item that you've sent back for replacement. That's the way HS18 always do.
