Dear Sir, I have purchase MP3 player on dt. 31/08/2007 through HOMESHOP18 SHOPPING 1 year warranty i have already complaint registration # 92276 on dt. 15/05/2008 my mp3 player not connect the computer and very poor charging. homeshop18 reply msg pls give the DD/CHEQUE RS. 350 /- paid to WESPRO WESPRO COOPERATION. payable at Mumbai. I have lots of time mail to [protected]@homeshop18.com but not proper reply mail. they r providing very poor customer service... Kind co-operation and highly appricated.
