[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Refuse to change or service a faulty ZEN M32 mobile | |||
I have purchased ZEN-M32 mobile headset few days ago through Homeshop18. The mobile stops working properly after few days of purchasing. It's mic is not working, means other person on call cannot hear voice. I have contact many times with Homeshop18. They are refusing to service the handset and replacing this. I am just getting frustrate from them. The costumer executive from Homeshop18 making excuse and giving me fake address of Zen mobile service center near Chandigarh and Zirakpur. I just wants a strict action against Homeshop18 (www.homeshop18.com), so that they will never do these kinds of frauds with any another person in future. On the first day itself I found mobile's battery drains within half hour and the handset itself was not working properly. I tried to call the Homeshop18 Customer Care no. but never got any response. Then I logged on to their website to lodge complaint, but have not got any feedback.
I've fed up with this company's product and their after sales service and now want my money back.
