Selling Products Without Stocking them
I have purchased a flask on 02.08.12 through homeshop18 website. They cost of the product is Rs.408/- and i paid through net banking.
After a week(08.08.12), representative from homeshop18 called me over phone and intimated that there is no stock of flask -which i was purchased, and the refund of the amount will take another week.
So Without the product in hand, they charged me and keep the money for 15 days.Even a tea shop owner knows his stock level.
Also there is no email id for HOMESHOP18 for customer complaints, you can check their website - they only have phone contacts. You can't send complaints from your email client but through their website only. So there is no official record for us to keep.
