I appriciate your response, however my sister is going to New Jersey and i wanted to gift this to my sister . however after reading 7 days dilevery time which did not match what was written on the website we lost all trust on whatever content is written on your website . On my mobile i further got an sms from homeshop18 that it will be delovered on 13th June . You upset my sister as i could not gift it to her . I will never shop from you again, she had to fly tonight .
Thank you for such worst experience . You could not deliver product from Noida to Delhi through your premium courier Blue Dart and you talk about 2 day express delivery .
You can only apologize as you are doing your job . Who will compensate for the emotional torture you have done to me ?????? I was your old customer, earlier purchased sony digital camera from you as well last year through my old number [protected]. I will never shop from you again.

My sister already purchased the product after seeing your sms that the product will be delivered on 13th and after getting a mail that you will take 7 working days instead 5 working days written on the website.. you can apologize but you can compensate for my lost trust in you and emotional torture .

Further I got a call from HomeShop18 and when asked the reason of this misguidance I got a reply that might be the data did not match and it will not happen again . How easy is that to get rid of the customer .
I was explaining what happened and got a reply that this do happen sometime and will not happen again .
I am extremely sad with this .

I repeat when I was booking the order it showed delivery in 5 working days . I got order confirmation mail which showed 7 working days . I got order confirmation sms which showed 10 days . I got an shipping msg it showed again 2-3 working days on 8th June.
What the hell is that . Are you kidding me ????

After a long procedure of communication with the Homeshop18 team . I was promised by a team member Jagatjeet of Homeshop18 to send a gift for my father . And he called me that he will give me the way bill number of the same on Saturday, while I did not receive the way bill number on monday as well .
HomeShop18 promised me to give details of my gift on Saturday but I called him many times but I did not get response from him..he is fooling me…..I will never buy anything from HS18 in future…
This was a drastic pain overall . I will send your free gift back to your company . I am not a beggar to keep on calling you for a 500 Rs free gift .
You people hurt my emotions and lost your loyalty in my eyes .
