it is also true that homeshop18 is a doing a fraudlant activity by providing electronic product and gadgets all over india which have manufacturing defect!!!and the customer should be compensated as per the law

why dont you contact the manufacturer directly..

They will surely help you for the product as you have the warranty on your camera.

I hae purchad a Wespro Mobile WM 1503 online by home shop 18 and pay cash on delievery but the product was defected its camera was not working properly, there was lines inside the screen and not able to access GPRS. I have called many times to home shop 18 and service center, they told I arrange a call back from technical department but yet i did not receive any call from 5th sept' 09. Where Should I GO???????????
