Definitely it is the awful experience to purchase a product from homeshop18.com

I would never recommend/ suggest any person to purchase the products from this net store.

The day I had received the product, I had no choice than to complaint about the non working product.

Complaints at a glance:

Last three complaints are nothing but the revision of the same complaint as the same is not answered till date while the response time committed by the executive is 48 Hrs.

It was clearly communicated to me on phone through one of your executive that your new replacement is approved against complaint # 60804909 and the same shall be delivered to you shortly. But I had received a used/ repaired product (without a free gift) while I had paid for new product.

And the worst part is your negligence against my complaints which makes the customer helpless while he has paid you the full amount for NOTHING. If it is anyways possible to refund my full money against money back guarantee (which I had asked against complaint #[protected], I would be thankful to homeshop18.com

Homeshop18.com are ruining the name of internet purchasing. I think, I should shoot this information as a BLOG on the net to educate the people about the service of homeshop18.com
