[Resolved] Honda 2 Wheelers — Poor Customer Service | |||
Poor Customer Service I booked Honda Unicorn Dazzlar at Agartala , Tripura before 1 month & they assured that they will deliver in 7 or 8 days. Even after 1 month the vehicle not delivered & whenever I check with dealer , I will get some usual excuses. And there reply is so rude. They never deliver a byke on the due time. Even not me also the other customer also having this problem. But they can't do anything. I thing my this complain can be work and I and the others customer can get their bike on due time. and one thing more we all are already paid the half price of the bike. We also booked Honda activa since last 8 months at Rushabh motar Pvt ltd Nashik, but he refused to deliver saying that silver deluxe color is not painted by company and so we are not deliver the same. I want where we confirm that this colour is realy stop and also want costomer care number.
