Phone: +[protected], 2290926 Fax: +[protected], 2290890 Sir, This is to inform you that, i had purchased an ACTIVA scooter from one of your authorised dealers M/S SANGAM HONDA, SAHIBABAD ,GHAZIABAD , on 28th of 2008 under registration up14aw2509 .,engine no jc44e0091996 ( There is a shocker problem in activa form week next onwards and as a consequence when ever it hit uneven surface voice come out very shabby. I complaint about this to the dealer and nearly 20 times they tried to repair but all there efforts were in vain. I really regret to inform that if such a small defect is not repaired, what happen when some major trouble erupts? Since till date(28/06/09) the defect was not repaired the front mudgaurd began to rust day by day. Now it seems that there is no other way but to replace the shocker and the front mudgaurd. Hence I request that the same may be replaced at the earliest. If no action is taken i may be constrained to readdress my complaint legally. I booked honda activa at your dealer down town, chhani road, vadodara on 30th july, 2009.They promise me we provide you honda activa within two months, but till date they don't give me satisfied answer.If this occured next time then i cancelled my order.

In Aligarh city R.S. auto sales honda activa dealer have a monopoly. they say that the scooter is available to sell onlywhen you have buy the complete accesories with the scooter other wiwse honda active is not deliver by them. Many customers face this problem. and one other problem is that the stock of the scooter is varies the display in the showrom i.e. the stockis 40 to 50 but in the showroom there is only 2 scooters every time there is no choice of colours very rude behaviour with the customer there is no satisfaction by this dealer of this big and reliable honda active company. I proud of this.
please take action for all customers of aligarh city for this monoploy and check them anytime I say true or not by making you as a customer

WE HAVE PURCHASED HONDA ACTIVA FROM Gandhidham DEALER IN March 2008, FROM LAST 3-4 MONTHS WE ARE FACING STARTING PROBLEM AND WE HAVE VISITED THE LOCAL DEALER SO MANY TIMES FOR REMOVING THE PROBLEM, AFTER GIVING THEM 4-5 TIMES FOR REPAIR ON CHARGEBLE BASIS THEY ARE NOT CAPABLE TO REMOVE THE PROBLEM AFTER RUNNING 3-4 KELO METERS THERE IS THE SAME PROBLEM THAT THE ACTIVA NOT STARTS WE HAVE TO FACE PROBLEM FOR HANDLING THE SCOOTER WITHOUT STARTING AND YOUR DEALER TECHNICAL STAFF IS NOT COMPITENT TO REMOVE THE PROBLEM .WE ARE MAINTAINING THE SCOOTER PROPERLY BY REGULAR SERVICES TIMELY BATTERY CHANGE AND ALL OTHER SUBJECTS .,
EVERY TIME WHEN WE VISIT THE SHOWROOM CARGO HONDA WE ARE ASKED TO EITHER REPLACE THE BATTERY EVEN THE NEW BATTERY IS NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERTY, STILL OF WHICH NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE.
SOMETIMES THEY SAY TUNING PROBLEM NOT NO PROBLEM BUT THE FACT IS THAT STAFF OF CARGO HONDA SEEMS TO BE OVERCONFIDENT OF THEIR ABILITY BUT THEY EITHER ARE NOT COMPETENT ENOUGH TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM OR NOT INTERESTED IN TO.
SO PLEASE DO NECESSARY ACTION AT YOUR END AND OBLIGE.
