[Resolved]  Honda Activa Dlx — non delivery

I had booked Honda Activa on 10 MARCH 2010 by paying Rs.1000/-, with the authorized dealer VENETIAN HONDA HEM AGENCIES at RONIT ARCADE OPP. KANDIVALI TELEPHONE EXCHANGE, S.V ROAD KANDIVALI (WEST) The vehicle was booked in the name of MANOJ K.SONI. I was given a commitment of 100 days for delivery of the vehicle.
OCTOBER 26 2010 THEN FULL PAEMENT Rs.33438 BY CHQUE AND 20, 000/-BY LOANE HDFC DATED 01NOV.2010 BUT NOT DELEVER MY HONDA ACTIVA US ON DATE
I have been constantly following up with the dealer regarding the vehicle and everytime I get a answer saying, AYEGA TAB DEGA JAWO

I want the company to take some strict action against VENETIAN HONDA HEM AGENCIES for cheating the customer by giving unnecessary commitments and taking money from them.

Needless to say that the customer has faith in Honda's brand name and it is very disappointing for a customer to wait for scooter for 10 mths and still not getting any positive response. I have lost interest in buying the vehicle and want compensation from the company for unnecessary helsing the customers money and wasting customer's precious time for waiting for the vehicle. Activa Booking — Non delivery as per commitment

Hello,

I had booked an Activa on 22-Aug-2009 (Receipt # 10360) at Dhruvdesh Motors Pvt. Ltd, #150/3, Opp Standard Tiles Factory, Yelahanka, Bangalore 560064. At the time of booking I was assured that the Vehicle will be delivered within 30 days of booking.

Today is the 23rd of September 2009. I received no intimation from Dhruvdesh Motors as of date. On enquiry I was informed by the Sales Executive Mr. Santosh that there is a strike at the Honda Factory and the delivery is likely to be delayed. I really do not know if this is the real truth or is being coveniently used to cover up for something else. If there was likely to be a delay in the delivery, it is boundeb duty of the sales office to intimate regarding the same well in advance.

I only hope that my booking is not being re-directed to some other customer. I wish there was more transparency in the booking and delivery process.

I had booked well in advance hoping that I can receive the vehicle in the festival season. I feel cheated with the lack of commitment shown by your dealers.

Request use to redress my grievance at the earliest. Hoping to receive confirmation of delivery within a day or two.

Non Delivery of Honda Activa Dlx

I had booked Honda Activa on 10 MARCH 2010 by paying Rs.1000/-, with the authorized HONDA dealer VENETIAN HONDA HEM AGENCIES at RONIT ARCADE OPP. KANDIVALI TELEPHONE EXCHANGE, S.V ROAD KANDIVALI (WEST). MUMBAI: 400 067. {Booking No. 344. Date 10/3/10} (The vehicle was booked on the name of MANOJ K.SONI. He (Mr. Anuj) was given a commitment of 100 days for delivery of the vehicle e.g JUNE 20 2010. I am chasing everyday for my booked vehicle personally, I am not getting satisfied answer form (Mr. Anuj / Vishal), I visited VENETIAN HONDA HEM AGENCIES showroom on 20/9/2010. Mr. Anuj told me to pay outstanding Amount and you we will get the vehicle. He received LOAN amount from HDFC Bank Rs. 18, 625/- on[protected] and I paid my balance amount of Rs.33438/- (full & Final) by Cheque on[protected] { Receipt No. 3369. date 26/10/2010} it was cleared on 28/10/2010 for my account. After all my payment he was told me you will get your vehicle within 2-3 days. Till date (e.g. 26/11/2010) he not delivered MY HONDA ACTIVA I have been constantly following up with the dealer regarding the vehicle and every time I get a same answer before my outstanding payments, Mr. Anuj answered me was(AYEGA TAB DEGA AB YASE JAWO TUM).

At time of booking he gave a estimate of Rs. 50801/- on road and accessory of Rs. 1027/- I agreed for his price today he was asking more price Rs. 2030/-, I asked for why should I pay more Mr.Anuj told me I am allotting other booked vehicles, your booked vehicles take more time I can’t give any date when I received your Vehicles Lot at that time I can give your vehicle, at the time of booking of vehicle I my choice is WHITE COLOR and he is ready for White Color, now he told may you not get WHITE COLOR choose other color. I told him preferred only WHITE Color I am not interested in any other color, he started shouting and using bad language if you want vehicles you have to pay extra Rs. 2030/- else you will not get any vehicles do what ever you want to do. (is this is the to take with any customer, in front of me 3 person came and all having same problem and they all cancelled there vehicle) I feel this authorized HONDA dealer making down HONDA brand.

i too booked aviator on the basis of honda showroom's employee. she said she will deliver my bike in 30 days. now it's 3rd month running. even now they say they haven't recieved any load at all in the last 3 months!!?? how could that be? such an irresponcible fellows from honda. it seems they r making customers wait, wait and wait to get their vehicles. when yamaha can provide fz16 in 1 weeks time in my area then y honda cant? if there isnt any load coming, then they should hv informed me about the delay. which they didnt. i kept on calling them to learn the same dialogue not yet recieved load. cant honda build another factory in middle india? so that they can meet the demand? honda has demand for their vehicles like no other in india now. then why irritating customers like this. if they cant meet customer's expectations/demands then it would be bettere if they go away from india. and do business somewhere else.
