[Resolved] Honda Brio Car — Poor customer service | |||
car no.- MH12 HV7776, Purchase date:-24/04/2012, manufacturing defect detected of impact noise from rear LH side on26/04/2012. car bought to service station on 3/5/1012 for repairing. service engineer wasted whole day to find out problem but, unable to find. Advised to bring vehicle on 1st servicing & will solve problem on same time. vehicle bought for 1st servicing on 8/5/2012. But, today on 10/5/2012 still problem is not solved. also, vehicle is still at service station. service centre refuse to give alternate vehicle till our vehicle is being repaired. is this the service of Honda? After continuous complaints and calls. The mileage which they assured is 18 km/litre in City but still now the car provides a mileage of pmly 10 kms. I am worried very much since due to this poor mileage. I also reported the complain to the Honda service centre but they told we will do some adjustment but after that also the mileage hasnt improved. So kindly provide me proper justice or any other alternates to improve the mileage of car. Honda being a People's Brand shouldn't cheat customers. I expect a very genuine resolution from Honda.
The car has a very bad pickup, and even though after a series of complaints it has not improved. I feel instead of buying a Honda's Nano, I could have bought the original Nano and saved money and time.
