After continuous complaints and calls. The mileage which you assured is 18 km/litre in City but still now the car provides a mileage of pmly 10 kms. I am worried very much since due to this poor mileage. I also reported the complain to the Honda service centre but they told we will do some adjustment but after that also the mileage hasnt improved. So kindly provide me proper justice or any other alternates to improve the mileage of car. Honda being a People's Brand shouldn't cheat customers. I expect a very genuine resolution from Honda. The suspension problem which I was facing since start was atlast solved after my complaint in August, by sending my car to by Arya Honda instead of Hallmark Honda (Where I sent my car thrice for solving this problem) Complaint to Honda on 5th August 2013 I have purchased my Honda Brio in Dec, 2012. Since then Im facing problem noice from left hand side of my car which is due to loose suspension. My car has gone thrice to the service station and have reported this problem multiple times, bu the problem still persist. This is the least that I expect from a Honda Car. I dont have time to repeatedly call at customer care and give me car again and again for checking, as it becomes difficult for me without a car. After the first service of the car. the pick up and performance of the car has become very pathetic and so the mileage. Very Dissapointed.
