ICOMPLIANTS AGAINST LAXMI HONDA

1 - THEY DO NOT ISSUE MY RC BOOK ALTHOUGH ONE AND HALF MONTHE IS OVER AND I GOT MY REGISTRATION NO i.e. TN 64 9388

2 - THE HEAD LIGHT FOCUS IS NOT STRAIGHT ITS TILT LEFT SIDE I COMPLAINED TWO TIME BUT THEY DID NOT TRECTIFY

3 - NO PROPER CUSTOMER RESPONDS

Yes, the franchisee-misbehaves with the customer

I myself has faced the misbehavioural problem at the service station, no one was ready to listen unless we shouted, , even after 8 days they could not complete the small job of changing the front panel of the scooter at GLOBUS HONDA SERVICE STATION, G.T. Karnal Road, Delhi on[protected] evening time. please do something or one day Honda will left by the customers...
They are unethical and are not upto there word...they bluntly refise to what they had promised or said...Kindly look into this matter seriously...Its a Humble request.
