[Resolved]  Honda Cb Unicorn Black — Delayed Delivery and Irresponsible customer handling

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to bring into your serious Attention which i as a pre sales Customer of HONDA is facing with one of your Dealer in calicut ( KTC HONDA)

I Have placed the order for Honda CB Unicorn on 23rd Nov 2009 at the dealer location by paying an advance amount of Rs 1000/- . I had been informed that the vehicle would be delivered within a period of three months. Ever since i have been contacting the dealer for the vehicle but i always get a response that would be delivered once next lot comes .
I had been in touch with Mr. AKhil ( Sales Exe ) Who would be one of the worse ever person i have ever met in my life. The dealer had informed me that the order is been delivered on booking date basis. Even though i had haired from out side that the orders are not according to the booking dates basis in KTC honda it happened to see infornt of my eyes yesterday that a person who had booked the same vehicle in the month of Jan was literally bursting out from the channel for delaying his order. The Customer was promised and was delivered his vehicle in front of me which made me Irate and i was very disappointed on teh dealership part . My public status never allowed me to take me to have the same situation which i experienced, but for which thought of putting it across to the Company and BRAND which i Trust " HONDA'

To the company :
1) what is the Exact customer price for the Vehicle ( HONDA CB Unicorn) in Calicut Kerala ON ROAD .
2) What all are the extra fittings which company is providing along with the vehicle .
3) How is the company going to compensate on the delay and to meet my expectation of the company .
