[Resolved]  Honda Cb Unicorn Dazzler — No Servicing done.

Respected Sir,
Both the Honda showrooms of Patna i.e Pahadia Honda and Prema Honda are not at all aware of consumer service. They only know how to sell their vehicles and get more customers. I bought a bike Honda CB Unicorn Dazzler from Pahadia Honda on 9 Sep 11. Its 1st and 2nd servicing were due on 15 and 45 days of sale. Now its been more than 50 days. But whenever I come to the showrooms, they will ask me to come the next day. I live about 60 km away from Patna. And because of my job I cannot come before 11 am and so frequently. The service centre opens at 10 am and at 11 am they call it full. Advance booking phone number is mostly not available. I have visited two-two times both the service centres. And all the times even after requesting they pay absolutely no attention. Now the receptionists are telling me that my first servicing will not be done as its date is expired. They are again calling me "tomorrow" for second servicing. I even told them about the problems with my job. Still they are not convinced. Both the showrooms are closed on Sundays and all the festivals Dushehra, Diwali, Chath etc. Because of the big name of Honda associated with them, I did not doubt on their service. But this is absolutely pathetic.
In the showroom they are trying to impress the customers but just behind the wall at the service centre they are insulting them. They are offering tea etc to the new customers but in the garage they don't even look at customers. Other customers told me that it takes more than 7 hours for servicing; thats too if they come at 9:30 am. I feel totally cheated.
Kindly help me in this regard.
