[Resolved]  Honda City ZX — In Service Damage

Dear National Service Head,

My Vehicle No. RJ14-CE 9080 was sent for resolution of in warranty complaint in central locking to M/s. Pinkcity Honda - Jaipur service centre and during this there were major scratches observed on Rear and Front Bumpers.

Even they have done touching on Rear Bumper to hide the problem. My car is hardly 9 month old and in such case I need a free Bumper replacement.

This sort of attitutde is really serious in nature for a company like Honda and I hope you will intervene to resolve the issue.

Honda City ZX — poor service

i had a honda city zx(2006) model..my complained is regarding worst service which honda service station is providing with great haste..up till now i hv experienced both the peera gari and motinagar..bt both have the same worst type service..i m very mch dissappointed by their way of handling customers problem and attitude towards customers complaint.i wud say honda is having the worst service section in this world, i guess.

Honda City ZX — Stopping payment on cheque

I had sold my 10 month old Honda City ZX to BAS Engg Pvt Ltd, a Honda Authorised dealer from whom I had purchased the car. The delivery was taken on 6/03/2009 by BAS engg. and a delivery certificate stating that the car was in good order and condition was given by BAS. This was done after the car was previously inspected by Company representatives and the car was found to be to their satisfction. A cheque No.012192 drawn on Kotak Mahindra Bank, Kasturba Gandhi Marg, CP, New Delhi dated 03/03/2009 was also handed over to me which I duly deposited with my bank.
To my chagrin, Bas came the next day to say that its customer was not accepting the car as it had some defects. Withhout even informing me they stopped payment on the Cheque issued in my favour WHILE AT THE SAME TIME RETAINING POSSESSION OF MY CAR WITH ALL ITS PAPERS INCLUDING THE TRANSFER PAPERS. Under the circumstances, I was left with no alternative but to agree to take back my car. WHAT IS MORE BAS HAD ALSO TAKEN A TOKEN ADVANCE FROM ITS PROSPECTIVE PURCHASER, and I am not sure of his fate.
It is most unprofessional and unethical on the part of a big company like Honda's dealer to behave in this unilateral manner. Can some action be taken?

Honda City ZX — negligence in repairs

I ALWAYS GET MY CAR SERVICED & REPAIRED FROM RINGROAD HONDA FOR THE LAST 4 YRS. EVEN THOUGH PRIME HONDA IS ALSO NEARBY TO ME ,BUT THEN EVEN THEY PEOPLE ARE SO NEGLIIENT THAT THEY DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT THE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION & DELIVER THE CAR UNFINISHED JOB OR THEY DO FORGET TO FIT THE SUPPORTING PART OF THE REPAIRED PART.AS I WAS ON MY WAY TO MY HOME DAY BEFORE YESTERDAY IT WAS HEAVYLY RAINING ,THE MOMENT I BOARDED MY CAR I SAW A LOT OF WATER IN THERE AT THE DRIVER SIDE ,BUT I THOUGHT AS ITS RAINING HEAVILY ,I MIGHT HAVE FORGOT TO CLOSE THE WINDOW PROPERLY ,I CLOSED THE WINDOW AGAIN AND STARTED DRIVING BUT THEN EVEN WATER WAS COMING THERE FROM THE UPPER SIDE OF DOOR THEN I CLOSED THE DOOR PROPERLY & THE PROBLEM WAS STILL THERE ,I AWS COMPLETELY WET BY THE TIME I REACCHED BACK MY HOME WHICH SHOWS COMPLETE NEGLIGIECE IN FITTING OF DOOR BY THE RINGROAD HONDA PEOPLE WHICH I GOT REPAIERD VIDE INVOICE NO.H[protected] DATED:24/04/2010.

Honda City ZX — Delay in repairing by dealer

Sir I have Honda city Car No. PB 10BS 3916 ENGINE NO.30072341 I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH YOUR CAR.Your car parts are not available with the dealer.It is over a week now and Till date thay are no responding.They are not giving any date of delivery.Now sir can you tell me when my car parts will reach PRESTIGE HONDA LUDHIANA and how many days I have to reach my office by Taxi.Is this the service of your so called Prestigious company?Is it not the responsibility of your dealer to have these parts in stock?No body is hearing my complaint where should your coustmer go?
I THINK I HAVE MADE A BLUNDER MISTAKE BY PURCHASING HONDA BRAND CAR.THIS IS HAPPNING 2ND TIME WITH ME.
Please co-operate with me and look into the matter urgently.
