[Resolved]  Honda — Defect in bike

I had purchased a CBR250r a year back and since then there have been problem with the brakes,I got the bike serviced for the same reason for five times which amounted to Rs.6000+.As given in the overdrive article the company CEO accepts that there is a defect in the bike but they do not have people to repair it and neither are they willing to replace the brakes.This is a serious issue.The brakes are practically inoperable,I would like to get them replaced free of cost as my bike is still in warranty and i have paid a very heavy price for it.I had got calls for replacement of brakes but when i went to the service center i noticed that no proper replacement and rectification was actually being done there,This amounts to fraud in a certain way,I need them to do the needful asap
