[Resolved]  Honda Eterno — Engine failure and poor service

I bought Honda Eterno in February last year and its engine has failed in 1.5 years.For the past 15 days,there has been no response from the dealer VAH Honda,meerut .I am already regretting my decision and I'll make sure that I don't buy any Honda product anymore.

HONDA ETERNO — complaint regarding service.Kindly mail forward to Honda Cust Care..

Dear Customer Care Manager, Honda

I own a HONDA ETERNO model, 2006 Purchase from Honda Agency Bulandshahar, UP. Regn.No. UP13 N 0547. After Run 10000KM.it has some problem like taking more mob oil
I have service my Scooter at same Service center has replaced clutch plates and assured the problem had sort out now this problem will not occur more. Again same problem repeated
.
To get start it takes more than 25 kicks again complained to same service center and replaced Clutch Plates and Piston on 20-April-2011,again same problem starts and within a month after replacement of clutch plates next Clutch Plates replaced on 09-may-2011.

After replacing multiple clutch plates problem remains the same. Either the service centre operator don`t know the exact problem or Honda supplied duplicate parts..

As a consumer I am in trouble and need your advice what to do with this HONDA ETERNO

Would request you to kindly cross verify with the agency who is doing manipulation in parts or making consumer fool and misuse of hard earned money from farmer..
