parts not available because of that scooter is not running

I am having honda eterno scooter using for last 8 yrs. Since company Honda Motors has closed the model, It is now difficult to get it's part at service centre. Motor mechanics are not able to repair it.

Poor service

Hi, i am sushil Kumar. I have given my Eterno to Sarvpriya Honda, Fzr Road, for repair. I was told that some parts are to be changed and they are out of that and will be available soon. but still a month and a half, i am waiting for parts to arrive at center and i am still being told that it will come in a week (usual words whenever i call them).

I am surprised by the service that this center is providing. No idea what...

HARD CLUTCH AND DIFFICULT GEAR SHIFTING

since i have purchased honda eterno i am having problem in gear shifting, its too hard in the very first service i complained but nothing happened, then the service centre persons changed clutch plates in second service, now they said there is a lock in scooter level, it is hard and when ur driving it automatically locks the gear.
plz reply me are they right? tat while driving there is an automatic lock that locks the gear shifting...

Engine failure and poor service

I bought Honda Eterno in February last year and its engine has failed in 1.5 years.For the past 15 days,there has been no response from the dealer VAH Honda,meerut .I am already regretting my decision and I'll make sure that I don't buy any Honda product anymore....

Poor performance

I had bought one Honda Eterno Scooter from Ghaziabad in 2004. Initially its performance was good by for the past year it is giving serious trouble. The scooter at number of times just not start or it stops abdurptly in the middle. The spark plug was changed number of times but the problem still persists. I don't know what to mdo with this "masterpiece" of trouble....

bad service of your dealer

your dealer V.D. Auto Wheels, Dwarka, Delhi, serves very badly to their customers. I have purchased Eterno scooter from them on 9.4.09 on cash down, but till today they have not given me the R.T.O. receipt and No. I have faced traffic police harrassment on 17.4.09. since then I used three wheeler for my prsonal work throughout Delhi and have spent Rs.650/- as an auto fare. Even today 20.4.09, they replied that they have not sufficient staff...
