[Resolved] Honda Eterno — poor services | |||
dear sir, have a nice day.. i am Amar Nath Srivastav from Ghaziabad..i bought a Honda Eterno in feb 2009 from JKM Leela Honda raj palace,Ghaziabad..My vehicle registration no. is UP-14 AU-9814 Unfortunately i got an accident on 28TH of dec 2010 and my scooter's floor crushed..for the repairing of that i submitted my scooter at same showroom on 29th of dec 2010..They people said that they will give it back to me with in a week..bt your services are so much sluggish & rubbish thats more than 7 weeks i didnt get my scooter back..if your people cant provide services then what the hell they are doing in the company.. each & evry day i got new excuses what the hell is this..now they are nt even responding properly.. if your services are like this then i am really very sorry bt i cant even think to buy any other two wheeler or four wheeler from honda..and now i am totally fed up by your silly excuses and from the kind of services you provide.. and its a warning mail that if i willnt get my scooter as soon as possible then i will go to the consumer court..and i am nt supposed to tell you the consequences of my action as you knw it very well...
